    Like most years, losing weight is the number 1 resolution in 2014.  Lucky for Michigan employees, the next round of Blue Cross’ Win by Losing weight loss challenge starts up again on Feb. 24.

    Win By Losing is a no-cost, nine-week weight loss competition open to all Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan employer group customers.  This friendly competition provides an effective way to motivate employees to eat well and exercise more often.

    If you’ve have trouble sticking to New Year’s resolutions in the past, this is the perfect opportunity to incentivize yourself to continue working towards your weight loss goal.
