It’s no secret that 2014 brought a lot of changes to the world of health care and health insurance.  As the second year of national health care reform approaches, changes will continue for consumers seeking individual coverage on the Marketplace. Changes will also begin affecting small businesses, as these employers start to assume a new role in health care.
