We pay a high price for childhood obesity in Michigan. With one in three kids in categorized as overweight, it's affecting children's health and school performance. Since 2009, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has been working to fight childhood obesity and lead children to a healthier future.Watch below as Andrew Hetzel, vice president of Corporate Communications at Blue Cross, talks about the initiative with WXYZ's Alicia Smith.

I think this prevention program is a good idea, in long run not only the healthy society but also health care cost will go down.
