Over eight decades, we’ve increased access to affordable health care, enhanced patient care and improved the overall health of Michigan’s citizens. We’re proud of this legacy but know there’s more to accomplish. As our health care system faces unprecedented challenges, Blue Cross will be there, just as we have for 80 years, to innovate, partner and further transform health care in Michigan and beyond our borders. In lieu of our traditional annual report, we’ve gathered 2019 highlights here.
