DETROIT, May 22, 2019 – Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan President and CEO Daniel J. Loepp has been reappointed board chairman of the BCS Financial Corporation board of directors. BCS, which designs growth, diversification and protection solutions specifically for Blue Plans, is owned by all primary Blue Cross Blue Shield licensees and has delivered its services to Blue Plans for nearly 70 years.
