I am 57 1/2 and am taking an early retirement. I will have COBRA benefits from my current employer but I would like to look into my options with BCBSM for a possibe pan at the next open enrollment. Can you please mail me information?

I have been trying to sign up for health insurance for over a year and keep getting told I'm not eligible that I make to much money is there another way besides DHS cause I'm getting nowhere with those idiots
