Hi Connie. Good question. A "COVID-19 case" means that the individual tested positively for COVID-19. People who test positively for COVID-19 may be symptomatic or asymptomatic. Thank you, Candice

Hi Teresa, Yes, we are covering all member copays, deductibles and coinsurance for COVID-19 testing as long as it's ordered by a qualified health professional who determines testing is medically appropriate and the test has met the necessary regulatory approval through the FDA or falls within one of the other categories of tests required to be covered by the Families First or CARES Acts. I need to have a covid19 test before I have cataract surgery does my insurance cover this?
