Annual Report: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Reflects on a Year of Transformation

Since the introduction of the Affordable Care Act, the health care industry has changed rapidly. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan has not only kept pace, but also proven to be a leader in meeting the state's health care needs today, while addressing tomorrow’s challenges. Our 2015 Annual Report outlines how we’re transforming and improving health care in Michigan in the following four strategic categories:

In his letter in the report, Blue Cross President and CEO Daniel J. Loepp explains it this way, “Big change often starts with thoughtful, disciplined ideas and is brought to life not through quantum leaps but small, measured steps.
