College Well-Being

Going away to college is a major transition for your child. According to research from New York University, parents should talk with their children about the realities of college life as they take on new roles, abundant pressures and more responsibilities. Virtual Well-being Coordinator Matt Wozny will talk about ways to prepare your child for college, from medical check-ups and nutrition to substance abuse and cyber safety. It’s important for everyone to take a moment out of their week to focus on themselves and destress. Join your virtual well-being coordinator Matt Wozny for a 7-minute meditation focused on serenity.
