3 Servings of Vegetables a Day for 7 Days Challenge

Join Cindy and Marissa for a nutrition challenge to eat three servings of vegetables a day for a week. We’re providing this challenge because globally vegetable consumption is low and ranges between only one to two servings per day. It's well known that a higher consumption of fruits and vegetables is associated with a lower risk of death. Session will include the Drop 5 Virtual Weight-loss Community.
