**Special webinar series** COVID-19 Mental Checkup: Women’s Mental Health

Life has looked a little different over the past year. The COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t been easy, and at times, has left many women feeling stressed, anxious, afraid, isolated and lonely. During this time, women have experienced disproportionate job loss and high levels of stress and anxiety trying to manage family responsibilities. We know that mental health is just as important as physical health for women, yet it’s often neglected. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan wants to help you check in on your mental health with a special webinar focused on the mental effects of COVID-19 on women. This one-hour virtual session will include an interactive panel discussion with a diverse group of women who’ve had unique experiences during the pandemic. This session will be facilitated by a mental health specialist who’ll provide tips for coping with resiliency strategies and techniques, and outline resources available to support you and your family. Oct. 29: Register here: Noon or 6 p.m.
